Properties under management range from single stand alone buildings to large multi tenanted complexes.

The services we offer our clients range from assisting with the purchase of the property by reviewing the financial returns offered and the returns available in similar markets, initial reviews of lease agreements, liaising with lawyers, real estate agents and financial institutions.

We offer an ongoing management program for tenants with maintenance requirements or grievances. We arrange for rental reviews to be completed in accordance with the lease agreement, notifying tenants and owners of the payment requirements and issuing updated tax invoices. We manage the payment and recharging of disbursements including rates, insurances and building warrants of fitness.
