If you are about to make your first steps to purchase a computer or if you have operated your computerised accounting system for years, or you are someone in between, we can help you.

When purchasing your first computer we can explain the jargon, help choose an accounting package, from basic cash books through to fully integrated systems.

With an existing computerised accounting system, we can help whether it is an upgrade or replacement, reconciling your cash book, or understanding the reports.

We can also assist with putting it all together, ensuring your package does what the salesman promised you, setting up month end procedures and checklists.

Not everyone has the luxury of being able to have a Chartered Accountant on the staff. However many modern accounting systems can produce a myriad of useful information to help you run your business without even looking at the general ledger.

We have a number of clients who operate all parts of their computerised accounting system by themselves except for the general ledger. Then, on a regular basis (monthly, two monthly, quarterly), one of our qualified Chartered Accountants visits to complete the general ledger and then discuss the results.
