Livestock Herd Scheme (officially called the National Average Market Value scheme) has been in existence since 1987.
There were a few changes made in 1993 but essentially the scheme has remained largely unchanged over its lifetime.

The adult minimum wage rises to $13.50 an hour

As of 1 April 2012 the adult minimum wage rates are:· 
$13.50 an hour ($108.00 for an 8-hour day or $540.00 for a 40-hour week).
